TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.

I. General Usage and Ownership
1.1. The commissioned artwork is strictly for personal, non-commercial use only.
1.2. Any use for commercial purposes requires explicit agreement and negotiation with the artist.
1.3. The client must not remove the artist's signature or in any way claim the art as their own creation. The artist retains the intellectual property rights.
1.4. The artist may post the final artwork in their portfolio or on social media, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise (a request for privacy or for client's freedom to post).
1.5. The commissioned artwork and/or any of my works shall not be used for training, input, or reference by any Artificial Intelligence (AI) program, machine learning model, or generative art tool.II. Commission Process & Submission
2.1. Initial Request: To begin, the client must send a Direct Message (DM) containing clear references and detailed information regarding the desired commission.
2.2. Sketch Delivery: The artist will send a preliminary sketch to the client for review within 1 to 3 days of receiving the initial request.
2.3. Payment is required after the client reviews and approves the sketch. The client may choose to pay 50% (upfront) or the full amount at this stage.III. Payment and Delivery
3.1. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted only via PayPal or GCash (for locals).
3.2. Payment Structure: A 50% upfront payment is required to continue work past the approved sketch and into the rendering stage. The remaining balance (full payment) must be settled before the final artwork is delivered.
3.3. Turnaround Time (TAT): The estimated time for completion is 1 to 3 weeks starting after payment has been received and confirmed, may take months depending on artist's schedule.
3.4. Progress Updates: The artist commits to providing updates to the client throughout the commission process.
3.5. Final File Delivery: The completed, final artwork will be sent to the client as a PNG file through Direct Message (DM) and email.IV. Revisions and Modifications
4.1. The commission includes 3 free minor revisions at the sketch stage only.
4.2. Any additional revisions or changes requested after the rendering process has begun may incur an added fee, depending on the changes.V. Refunds, Cancellations, and Consequences
Full Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued if the artist has not yet started the commission.
Partial Refund Policy: A 50% refund will be issued if only the sketch has been completed.
Non-Refundable Policy: No refund will be granted once the rendering/coloring process has started.
Artist Cancellation Right: The artist reserves the right to cancel and issue a refund if they are unable to complete the piece for unforeseen reasons.
Blacklisting Policy: The client will be blacklisted (banned from future commissions) for:
- Initiating a chargeback (disputing payment).
- Displaying rude or disrespectful behavior.
- Using the artwork commercially without prior permission from the artist.
- Using the artwork or any of my works as input, training data, or reference for any Artificial Intelligence (AI) program or generative art model.VI. Communication
6.1. Clients are welcome to DM the artist anytime for updates on the progress or to ask any questions.
6.2. DMs are through Twitter, further conversations may go to Discord or Telegram.
